The Serra Negra Cable Car, or Teleférico Serra Negra, is an open-air chairlift located in São Paulo, Brazil. Ascending to the summit of Pico do Fonseca de Serra Negra, the single-seat chairs carry visitors 4,600 feet (1,400 meters) above the ground. Along the journey, passengers can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding landscape, culminating at the peak where a statue of Christ the Redeemer stands. Today, visitors can experience a scenic and tranquil ride, taking in the expansive vistas and the serene atmosphere of the mountain.
