Panagia Chrysopolitissa Church, also known as Agia Kyriaki Chrysopolitissa, stands in Paphos, Cyprus, with a history dating back to the fourth century. Originally an early Christian basilica, it was destroyed during Arab attacks in the seventh century. A new church was constructed on the site in the 13th century. Today, visitors can see the remnants of the original structure, including its foundations and scattered columns, which hint at the grand scale of the ancient building. Mosaics, still visible, offer a glimpse into the artistic craftsmanship of the period.
