Moon Hill, or Yueliang Shan, is a prominent natural landmark in Yangshuo, China, known for its distinctive crescent-moon-shaped arch. This arch, a remnant of a former limestone cave called the Moon Palace, rises 750 feet (230 meters) above the surrounding landscape. The hill’s unique shape and height provide visitors with panoramic views of the countryside, characterized by its striking karst formations. Today, visitors can climb to the top to enjoy the scenic vistas and explore the remaining features of the ancient cave.
