Established in 2009 by Australian chef and food writer Tracey Lister, the Hanoi Cooking Centre (HCC) is a well-equipped culinary hub in Hanoi, Vietnam. The centre features a roof terrace, a courtyard café, an air-conditioned dining room, and a culinary studio.
