Caliphal Baths (Baños del Alcázar Califal)

Buried and overlooked for centuries, the Caliphal Baths (Baños del Alcázar Califal) were rediscovered in 1903, providing a vivid glimpse into daily life in 10th-century Córdoba. Originally constructed as a hammam for the Moorish Alcázar complex, now known as the Alcázar of the Christian Monarchs (Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos), these baths have been transformed into a museum.
