Wildlife Habitat Port Douglas

The Wildlife Habitat Port Douglas offers a unique opportunity to observe Australia’s native wildlife in a setting that emphasizes conservation. Spanning 8 acres (3 hectares), the park is divided into five distinct areas: woodlands, wetlands, rain forest, savannah, and nocturnal. Each area features expansive enclosures designed to replicate the natural environments of the animals, such as koalas, kangaroos, crocodiles, and cassowaries. Visitors can explore these diverse habitats and get up close to the creatures that call them home, gaining a deeper understanding of the importance of preserving these ecosystems.
