Waihee Ridge Trail

Waihee Ridge Trail, also known as Mauna Kahalawai, is a 5-mile (8-kilometer) hiking loop that winds through the West Maui Mountains. The trail ascends 1,500 feet (460 meters) through a lush forest filled with guava, ohai, and candlenut (kukui) trees, the latter being Hawaii’s state tree.
