Nestled in the lush landscapes of Costa Rica’s Limon region, Veragua Rainforest spans 3,400 acres (1,376 hectares) of vibrant, untouched wilderness. This private preserve is a haven for biodiversity, with forest-floor trails winding through the dense undergrowth and vine-draped branches of ancient trees. Visitors can spot colorful frogs, slow-moving sloths, and a variety of tropical birds. The park offers a range of experiences, from hiking to the picturesque Puma Waterfall to gliding through the rainforest canopy on an elevated tram, providing a unique perspective on this rich, natural environment.
