In 2017, the Unicorn Gundam Statue took its place in Odaiba, Tokyo, replacing the previous RX-78-2 Gundam statue from the manga and anime series Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn. Standing at an impressive 64.6 feet (19.7 meters) tall, this new statue not only surpasses its predecessor in height but also features a unique transformation ability, shifting from Unicorn to Destroyer mode. Visitors can marvel at the intricate details and dynamic design of this massive structure, which has become a striking landmark in the area.
