Ritten Railway (Rittnerbahn)

The Ritten Railway, or Rittnerbahn, has connected Bolzano and Ritten in northern Italy since 1907. This historic railway ascends over 3,240 feet (nearly 1,000 meters) in just 3.4 miles (5.5 km), winding through the mountains and offering panoramic views of the area’s unique natural rock formations.
