Completed in 1906, the Presidential Palace in Hanoi was originally constructed by the French for the Governor General of Indochina. This French colonial–style palace, enveloped by lush botanical gardens and orchards, now serves as the official residence of the President of Vietnam. Today, it is primarily used for formal receptions and state events. Visitors can admire the grand architecture and stroll through the well-maintained gardens, experiencing a blend of historical significance and natural beauty.
