The Macca-Villacrosse Passage, an indoor arcaded passageway in Bucharest, opened in 1891 to connect Calea Victoriei and the Lipscani district’s National Bank. Its two branches were designed to navigate around an existing inn, providing access to jewelry shops. Today, this historic passage is home to a mix of cafes, boutiques, restaurants, and a few remaining jewelers, offering visitors a blend of old-world charm and modern amenities.
