Palo Verde National Park, situated on the banks of the Tempisque River in Costa Rica, encompasses over 15 distinct topographical zones, ranging from mangrove swamps and evergreen forests to tropical dry forests. This diverse ecosystem serves as a sanctuary for a variety of wildlife, including migratory birds, bats, and an impressive 250 species of bees.
