Nissim Camondo Museum (Musée Nissim De Camondo)

The Nissim Camondo Museum, located in Paris, is more a portal to the past than a typical museum, offering a premier collection of 18th-century decorative arts. Housed in the former residence of Comte Moïse de Camondo, a banker and art collector, the building meticulously replicates an 18th-century Parisian home, from its exterior architecture to the interior decorations. Visitors can explore the house museum to gain insight into life in the early 20th century and admire the intricate details of 18th-century French design. Note that the museum is currently closed for renovations until 2027.
