Mae Kachan Hot Spring (Mae Ka Chan)

Nestled in the northern region of Thailand, the Mae Kachan Hot Spring (Mae Ka Chan) stands as one of the few natural hot springs in the area. The spring’s water reaches scorching temperatures of 194˚F (90˚C), hot enough to boil an egg in just a few minutes, a spectacle often demonstrated by locals. Visitors can observe this unique cooking method and also enjoy a more leisurely experience by dipping their toes into several pools, each offering a different temperature and setting.
