Loughcrew Cairns, a series of Neolithic passage tombs, are scattered among the green hills of Ireland’s Boyne Valley, dating back to around 3,000 BC. These Stone Age monuments, believed to have served as burial sites and for ritual and ceremonial purposes, offer a glimpse into ancient practices. While many of the cairns are on private land, Cairn T is accessible to the public, allowing visitors to explore its historical significance and the surrounding landscape.
