Lolei Temple, also known as Prasat Lolei, was constructed in the late ninth century by Yasovarman I, who would later establish the first city at Angkor. Located about 12 miles (19 kilometers) from Angkor Wat, it is part of the Roluos Group, a collection of temples from the same period. The temple features four crumbling brick towers, reminiscent of but smaller than the more famous Preah Ko. Today, visitors can explore these ancient structures and gain insight into the architectural and historical significance of this early Khmer site.
