The History of Diving Museum, located in Islamorada, USA, opened its doors in 2006, but its origins trace back to a 40-year passion project by the original owners. This dedication resulted in the world’s largest collection of diving gear and memorabilia. The museum houses 19 unique exhibit spaces that chronicle the evolution of diving, from early techniques to the development of atmospheric dive suits. Visitors can explore the rich history and technological advancements in diving, complemented by a 50-gallon aquarium showcasing marine life native to the Florida Keys.
