The Hermanus Cliff Path, spanning approximately 6.8 miles (12 kilometers) from New Harbour to Grotto Beach, traces the rugged coastline that fronts the town of Hermanus. Overlooking Walker Bay, the path offers expansive views of the ocean and is renowned as one of the best land-based whale-watching spots in the world during the season. Visitors can enjoy a scenic walk along the cliffs, taking in the sights and sounds of the sea, and perhaps catching a glimpse of the majestic southern right whales that frequent these waters.
