Nestled in the heart of the Basse-Terre rainforest, Guadeloupe Zoo offers a unique blend of natural habitat and wildlife observation. Visitors can traverse treetop canopies, spotting exotic birds, reptiles, monkeys, and big cats. The zoo is home to over 450 animals, with around 85 species being native and endangered. In addition to the diverse fauna, an insectarium and more than 1,000 plant species add to the rich biodiversity. This immersive experience allows visitors to explore the vibrant ecosystem and learn about the region’s flora and fauna.
