Government House

Government House, also known as the House of Culture, stands as a prominent colonial building in Belize City. Constructed in 1812, this stately mansion originally served as the headquarters for the colonial government of British Honduras. Later, it was converted into a residence for the Governor General. Today, visitors can explore its grand architecture and experience its new role as a creative community center, offering a blend of history and contemporary cultural activities.
