Glenbow Museum

The Glenbow Museum, the largest cultural museum in Western Canada, is situated in Calgary and offers a deep dive into the history and culture of indigenous Canadians, with a particular focus on the Blackfoot Confederacy, whose traditional lands encompass the city. The museum’s extensive collection includes artifacts, artworks, archives, and documents, complemented by engaging interactive exhibits. While the main museum is currently closed for renovations, visitors can still experience its curated exhibits at the satellite gallery, Glenbow at The Edison, located in downtown Calgary.
