Giant Forest

Nestled within Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park, the Giant Forest is a majestic grove that houses some of the largest living beings on Earth. Among these towering giants stands General Sherman, a sequoia reaching 275 feet (84 meters) in height and 100 feet (30 meters) in width. The forest’s network of trails offers a range of experiences, from leisurely one-hour hikes to more extensive half-day excursions, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the awe-inspiring presence of these ancient trees.
