Dubai Gold Souk

Dubai’s Gold Souk, with its origins tracing back to the 1940s, was initially established by Indian and Iranian traders. Located in the heart of Dubai, this bustling market is now one of the world’s busiest jewelry hubs, featuring hundreds of shops and stalls. The souk is a glittering array of gold, with an estimated 20 percent of the world’s gold passing through it. At any given time, approximately 10 tons (9,072 kilograms) of gold are available for sale. Visitors can immerse themselves in the vibrant atmosphere, browsing through a vast selection of gold jewelry and other precious items.
