Devil’s Throat, or Garganta del Diablo, is the most prominent feature of Iguazú Falls, straddling the border between Argentina and Brazil. This natural wonder consists of 14 cascades plummeting over 260 feet (80 meters) into a churning mist below. As the tallest of the 275 waterfalls in the Iguazú system, it commands attention with its powerful, thunderous roar and the sight of water crashing into the frothy pool beneath. Visitors can experience the awe-inspiring force of nature up close, whether approaching from the Argentine or Brazilian side.
