Nestled within Vietnam’s Cat Tien National Park, Crocodile Lake (Bàu Sấu) is a testament to successful conservation efforts. In the late 1990s, a project was initiated to rewild freshwater Siamese crocodiles in this natural habitat. Today, visitors can observe these prehistoric reptiles in their element. The lake and its surrounding tropical rainforest also teem with a diverse array of wildlife, including Andaman water monitors, gibbons, and numerous bird species, offering a rich and immersive experience for nature enthusiasts.
