Located on the west side of Ischia, Citara Beach can be reached by heading south from the town of Forio and passing through Via Giovanni Mazzella. This expansive stretch of sand is one of the longest and widest on an island already known for its beautiful beaches. The beach is particularly notable for the Poseidon Garden Baths, which feature thermal pools filled with volcanic waters believed to have therapeutic properties. Visitors can enjoy the natural beauty of the beach while also taking advantage of the relaxing and rejuvenating spa facilities.
