Chalk Sound National Park

Chalk Sound National Park, a landlocked lagoon on the southwestern coast of Providenciales, is connected to the ocean via a small channel. This dazzling body of water, stretching for 3 miles (5 kilometers), lies just south of the island’s airport and downtown area, and is separated from the coast by a thin peninsula of resort-studded sand. The park’s main highlight is its vibrant, turquoise waters, which attract swimmers and water sports enthusiasts. Visitors can explore the serene lagoon, enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings, and take in the natural beauty of this unique coastal feature.
