Established in 1895, shortly after the city of Boise was founded, the Boise Public Library has been a cornerstone of the community. Today, it comprises a main branch downtown and four satellite branches scattered throughout the city. The library provides a wide array of resources, including reading and multimedia materials, as well as computer access. Visitors can also participate in various events and programs, making it a vibrant hub for learning and engagement.
