Nestled along Yangshuo’s scenic ‘Ten Mile Gallery,’ the Big Banyan Tree stands as a testament to time, believed to be over 1,400 years old. Towering at 56 feet (17 meters) with a trunk that measures 23 feet (7 meters) in circumference, this ancient tree spreads its canopy over an expansive area of nearly 11,000 square feet (1,000 square meters).
