Opened in 1996 as the Ice Palace, Amalie Arena stands in downtown Tampa, serving as the home of the Tampa Bay Lightning NHL team. The arena hosts over 150 events annually, ranging from sports games to concerts and live performances. Outside, the main plaza, known as Thunder Alley, provides a vibrant public gathering space where visitors can enjoy live music before events. Inside, the spacious and modern facility offers a dynamic setting for a variety of entertainment experiences.
