The Adirondack Experience, situated on a sprawling 120-acre campus above Blue Mountain Lake, has been preserving the stories of the Adirondack region for over half a century. This museum houses an extensive collection of 30,000 artifacts and 75,000 photographs, offering visitors a deep dive into the area’s rich history. Beyond its indoor exhibits, the site provides a range of outdoor activities, including hikes, boat rentals, and family-friendly nature workshops, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the natural beauty and cultural heritage of the Adirondacks.
