Nestled on the southern peninsula of Antiparos, the Antiparos Cave is a natural wonder accessible via more than 400 descending steps. Inside, visitors are greeted by a stunning array of stalagmites and stalactites, with one formation estimated to be around 45 million years old. The cave also features ancient inscriptions, some believed to date back to the Neolithic period, adding a layer of historical significance. From the cave’s vantage point, visitors can enjoy breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and the neighboring island of Paros, making the journey down a rewarding experience.
