Established in 1999, the Vietnam Cookery Center was a pioneer among Ho Chi Minh City’s cooking schools, offering Vietnamese food classes with English translation. Housed in a colonial-era building in downtown Saigon, the center provides hands-on experiences with regularly changing menus, attracting visitors from across the globe.
