Zion Canyon Scenic Drive

Zion Canyon Scenic Drive, the main artery through Zion National Park, winds along the Virgin River for 7 miles (11 kilometers). This two-lane road is lined with vista points, river access spots, and trailheads, offering endless photo opportunities and access to all of the park’s main attractions. During the busy season, private vehicles are not allowed, but visitors can still explore the route by park shuttle, bicycle, or on foot. The scenic drive provides a gateway to the park’s natural wonders, from towering sandstone cliffs to lush riparian landscapes.
