Crystal Cave, also known as Mountain Cow Cave, is located within the Blue Hole National Park near Belmopan, Belize’s capital city. This site once hosted sacred Mayan rituals and important ceremonies, and visitors today can still see remnants of these ancient practices, such as ceremonial bowls, pots, and even skeletal remains from sacrificial victims. The cave is a natural wonder, featuring impressive rock formations, massive stalagmites, and glittering crystal clusters that create a hauntingly beautiful underground landscape.
