Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Nestled in the lush highlands of southwestern Uganda, Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is a sanctuary for critically endangered mountain gorillas, hosting half of the world’s population. This protected forest reserve, with its dense and verdant canopy, is a haven for biodiversity, boasting 120 mammal species, several hundred bird species, and over 150 types of trees.
