Founded in 1941, the Palmach was an underground arm of the Haganah, a Jewish paramilitary force that predates the Israel Defense Forces, with the aim of securing a Zionist settlement in what was then Palestine. Located in Tel Aviv, the Palmach Museum offers visitors a journey through history with its innovative multimedia experiences, a photo gallery, and an archival library. The museum’s immersive exhibits bring the past to life, allowing visitors to explore the stories and struggles of the Palmach fighters. A memorial within the museum also honors the memory of those who served.
