A giant purple-trimmed castle greets visitors at Dutch Wonderland, a fairytale-themed amusement park located on the eastern outskirts of Lancaster in the heart of Pennsylvania Dutch country. The park features over 30 rides, which are generally milder compared to those found at larger parks like Six Flags or Cedar Point. Most of the daily shows, such as ‘Bubba Bear & the Badland Band’ and ‘Adventure of the Frog Prince,’ cater to younger children, making it an ideal destination for families with small kids.
