The Museum of Science and Industry, known as MOSI, opened in 1982 and is located about 10 miles outside of Tampa, just two blocks from Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. This imaginative space was designed to spark curiosity and encourage interaction through its hundreds of immersive permanent exhibits. Although the IMAX center was recently removed, visitors can still explore a wide range of hands-on displays that bring science and technology to life. The museum’s engaging and educational environment invites both children and adults to delve into the wonders of innovation and discovery.
