The Pirates’ House

The Pirates’ House, built in 1794, stands as the oldest and allegedly most haunted building in Savannah. Once a bustling hangout for sailors and pirates, it now operates as a historic restaurant. The structure gained additional notoriety when it was featured in Robert Louis Stevenson’s 1881 adventure novel, Treasure Island. Visitors today can dine in an atmosphere steeped in seafaring history, surrounded by the echoes of its storied past.
