Bridalveil Fall

Bridalveil Fall, one of the first waterfalls visitors encounter upon entering Yosemite National Park, stands as a striking, 620-foot (188 meters) plunge-type waterfall. Flowing year-round with its peak volume in May, the fall’s waters cascade down in a continuous, powerful stream. On windy days, the mist and spray can create an illusion of the waterfall falling sideways, adding to its dynamic and ever-changing appearance. Visitors can experience the roar of the water and the refreshing mist, making it a memorable stop in the park.
