Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park, Tanzania’s oldest and most iconic reserve, spans a vast 12,000-square-mile savannah. This expansive landscape is renowned for having the highest concentration of large mammals on earth. Visitors can observe Africa’s Big Five—lions, leopards, rhinos, elephants, and African buffalos—roaming freely across the open plains. The park also boasts around 500 bird species, adding to its rich biodiversity. Today, travelers can experience the thrill of wildlife safaris, immersing themselves in the natural rhythms of the Serengeti.
