Taiping Zoo, located in the city of Taiping, Perak, spans 36 acres of well-kept grounds and is home to over 1,200 different animals, including tigers, elephants, orangutans, and hornbills. The zoo offers a unique experience with its night safari, the first of its kind in Malaysia, where visitors can observe the nocturnal behaviors of the animals either on foot or from a tram. This after-dark adventure provides a different perspective on the wildlife, allowing guests to see the creatures in their more active, natural state.
