Established in 1831, Dublin Zoo spans 69 acres and is a beloved destination for families. Located in the heart of Dublin, the zoo is home to over 400 animals from about 100 different species. In the African Savanna, visitors can observe rhinos, zebras, giraffes, and ostriches roaming freely, while the Asian Forests exhibit houses lions, snow leopards, and crested black macaques. Today, guests can explore these diverse habitats, getting a close-up view of the animals and learning about their natural behaviors and environments.
