Bioparque Los Ocarros, located in Villavicencio, serves as a nature reserve dedicated to the conservation of the Orinoquia region’s flora and fauna. Spanning 14.3 acres, the biopark is a sanctuary for over 190 species and 1,900 specimens, including mammals, reptiles, birds, and fish. Many of these animals were rescued, adding to the park’s mission of protection and rehabilitation.
