Established in 1778, the Bath Hotel and Spring House in St Kitts and Nevis was the Caribbean’s first tourist hotel, attracting the international elite to its therapeutic hot springs. The site offers a glimpse into the region’s colonial past and the once opulent retreat that drew visitors from around the world.
