Frigate Bay

Frigate Bay, located about 3 miles from Basseterre along the Atlantic Ocean, is one of St. Kitts’ most popular beaches. During the day, the bay comes alive with a variety of water sports, including windsurfing, kayaking, and jet skiing, as well as beach volleyball. As night falls, the atmosphere shifts to a lively scene with beach bars offering live music, dancing, and bonfires. Every June, the bay hosts the St. Kitts Music Festival, drawing visitors and locals alike to enjoy the vibrant cultural event.
