Maria Luisa Park

Maria Luisa Park, located south of Seville’s historic center, was once the private garden of the nearby Palace of San Telmo before being donated for public use in 1893. This expansive green space is crisscrossed by tree-lined avenues and dotted with fountains, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. One of its main highlights is the Plaza de España, an extravagant plaza built for the 1929 world’s fair, which features intricate tile work and ornate bridges. Today, visitors can stroll through the lush gardens, relax by the water features, and admire the architectural grandeur of the plaza.
