Dilumacad Island, affectionately known as Helicopter Island, is a striking feature of the Bacuit Archipelago in El Nido, Philippines. As your boat approaches, you might notice its unique shape, with a tail rotor-like formation to the left and a cockpit-like structure to the right. The island’s main draw, however, is its long stretch of golden sand beach, one of the archipelago’s finest. Scuba divers are also drawn here by the presence of green sea turtles that graze in the waters just offshore.
